World Fest celebrates the diverse cultural communities
that make up the DFW Metroplex and provides guests the opportunity to be
immersed in the culture of Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and of course the
Americas.
World Fest is the Town of Addison’s newest public event
in spectacular Addison Circle Park. At World Fest guests will be immersed in
the culture of Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and of course the Americas as
they visit each of five continental pavilions.
While traveling through the pavilions, children can
participate in a special passport project that encourages and rewards as they
learn about each country represented at the event. additionally, festival
guests will cheer at the Parade of Nations, dine on cuisine from around the
world, play global games like Bocce, enjoy the children’s workshops and
International passport, shop in the International Marketplace, sip and learn at
the International wine tasting tent, and enjoy dance and musical offerings
representing our global diversity
