Alibaug Beach

Kolaba Fort

Kolaba Fort completely surrounded by water and built in the mid of late 1600’s by Shivaji Maharaj. It is advisable to visit the fort on foot during the low tide.

Murud Janjira Fort

Murud Janjira fort is situated deep in the sea around 3 kms from Murud. Even though Arabian sea crashing all around the fort its string walls are still standing intact.

Kashid Beach

The most clean and beautiful beach in Alibaug covered with white sands. Too many cottages and resorts are available at Kashid Beach. Kashid is the perfect place to calm down and relax for the urban people. One can find water sports facility and number of small shops for snacks.

Varsoli Beach

Varsoli is a small remote village across Alibaug, complete with thick vegetation of coconut.

It is less visited beach and as a result is a quiet beach with sparkling white sand and cleaner seawater.

The shopping streets and stores make a great place for shopping. From ready-made garments, including export surplus apparel, watches, excellent kohlapuriz, bags, antiques, junk jewellery, leather items to furniture and grocery items- all can be picked up at throwaway prices.
