Golden Buddha

The Golden Buddha Statue was made in India and later assembled on the site. It was completely plastered to prevent it from being stolen.

The statue is 3 meters tall and weighs 5.5 tones and made in Sukhothai Dynasty style, and is thought to have been made during the Sukhothai period in the 13^th century.

Bangkok Sea Shell Museum

Museum is located in a three-storey building exhibiting different kinds of sea shells; such as giant sea shells and sea shells of bivalve mollusks in beautiful colors from every corner of the world. In addition the museum hosts a display of unusual sea urchins and an exhibition of artwork about sea shells.
