Thank God:First thing in the morning when you get up, thank God for blessing you with a wonderful life and bright day ahead.
Healthy Breakfast:Have healthy and good breakfast daily which will keep you active and fresh throughout the day. Include fruits, juices, eggs, milk products in your diet to ensure proper intake of proteins and vitamins.
Exercise: Daily exercising will help you keep in shape and loose those extra kilos. Exercising will help you in making your heart stronger and body muscular. By doing yoga, running, going to the gym will ensure you are fit and away from diseases.
Take a Walk:Daily walks will help you in keeping fit and socializing. Make new friends and have a friendly chat while taking a walk. Your day will start with a smile on your face and help you in being happy mood throughout the day.
Routine Check:Check you’re to do list, calendar for tasks to be completed for today. Doing routine check early morning help’s you in prioritizing your tasks.
Connect with your love ones: Call your family or friends at least once to check and be in close touch. Communicating with them will keep you in touch and help you in knowing what’s going on in their lives.
Take good rest:Taking rest is very important and required for good health. Try to come home early and go to bed early. Good sleep means good health.
