Sleep– Take rest and relax as much as you want too. Relaxing would help you in reducing stress and forgetting worries.
Walk – Go for a long walk and try to be alone for some time. Spending time alone helps in focusing on important tasks / issues of your life.
Pamper yourself –Pamper yourself with a head or body massage, new hair cut, facial, therapy. This will help you in getting a refreshing feeling.
Learn something new – Join a dance or music class. Learn something new and make new friends. This will give you a change from routine life style and help you in learning something new and exciting.
Go Shopping – Go out for shopping with friends and family. Shop for things that you always wanted buy but never got time to do so.
Clean up your house / cupboard –Do some cleaning up activity. This will help in arranging your place with some physical activity involved.
Get out – Go and meet your old friends whom you have not spoken or seen him/her since ages. Talk to your friends / Hangout / Party / Go out for a picnic and have fun. If you can call them at your place and have an evening get together.
